The UT_TESTF_ macros read as 'unit test test flags' which is not right.
Rename to UTF ('unit test flags').
This has the benefit of being shorter, which helps keep UNIT_TEST()
declarations on a single line.
Give the enum a name and reference it from the UNIT_TEST() macros while
we are here.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

Virtio tests that find a child device require the virtio device driver
to be included in the build so it can probe. The sandbox virtio
transport driver currently reports a virtio-blk device so make sure the
corresponding driver is built before running tests that need it.

The virtqueue is passed to virtio_notify() so move the virtqueue
deletion to the end of the test when it's no longer needed. This wasn't
causing any problems because the sandbox virtio transport driver doesn't
do anything for notifications, but it could cause problems if things
change and it was a bad example.

The virtio sandbox transport was setting the device features value to
the bit index rather than shifting a bit to the right index. Fix this
using the bit manipulation macros.

The virtio ring is the basis of virtio communication. Test its basic
functionality and its resilience against corruption from the device.

At present if device_remove() decides that the device should not actually
be removed, it still calls the uclass pre_remove() method and powers the
device down.

At present flags are stored as part of the device. In preparation for
storing them separately, change the access to go through inline functions.

The test flags used by driver model are currently not available to other
tests. Rather than creating two sets of flags, make these flags generic
by changing the DM_ prefix to UT_ and moving them to the test.h header.
This will allow adding other test flags without confusion.

These header file should not be included in other header files. Remove
them and add to each individual file. Add test/test.h to test/ui.h since
that is a reasonable place.

Running 'ut dm' on the sandbox without -D or -d results in segmentation
faults due to NULL pointer dereferences.
Check that device pointers are non-NULL before using them.
Use ut_assertnonnull() for pointers instead of ut_assert().
