Move about 10 test files for ChromeOS entries (GBB, vblock, FMAP)
into a cros/ subdirectory. Drop the numeric prefixes and update all
references.

Add an entry flag called 'preserve' to indicate that an entry should be
preserved by firmware updates. Propagate this to FMAP too.

We now have 99 tests. Before adding any more, rename everything to three
digits. This helps to preserve the ordering of tests and makes it easier
to find things.
