This patch converts magic and version fields of ghf common header
to one field with the type of uint32_t to make this header flexible
for futher updates.

This is not needed and we should avoid typedefs. Use the struct instead
and rename it to indicate that it really is a legacy struct.

This patch adds more nand headers in two new types:
1. HSM header, used for spi-nand thru SNFI interface
2. SPIM header, used for spi-nand thru spi-mem interface
The original nand header is renamed to AP header.

The predefined NAND headers take too much spaces in the mtk_image.c.
Moving them into a new file can significantly improve the readability of
both mtk_image.c and the new mtk_nand_headers.c.
This is a preparation for adding more NAND headers.

The verification code of gfh header for NAND and non-NAND are identical.
It's better to define a individual function to reduce redundancy.

The BootROM of MT7621 requires a image header for SPL to record its size
and load address when booting from NAND.
To create such an image, one can use the following command line:
mkimage -T mtk_image -a 0x80200000 -e 0x80200000 -n "mt7621=1"
-d u-boot-spl-ddr.bin u-boot-spl-ddr.img

This patch adds an option which allows setting the device header offset.
This is useful if this tool is used to generate ATF BL2 image of mt7622 for
SD cards.

mkimage is only able to package aarch32 binaries. Add support for
AArch64 images.
One can create a ARM64 image using the following command line:
mkimage -T mtk_image -a 0x201000 -e 0x201000 -n "media=emmc;arm64=1"
-d bl2.bin bl2.img

Starting from version 8 the GCC, i.e. C compiler, starts complaining about
possible '\0' terminator loss or, as in this case, garbage copy.
