[network\wlan\wdi] Move Project to be Windows Driver Compliance ready (#752)
1. Running the ApiValidator and make sure the issue free.
2. Running the InfVerif and make sure the INF file issue free.
There is limitations for MSFT currently doesn’t have any SDIO based WI-FI NICs, so the latest Driver Verifier /RC 33 36 tests not run
