fix(pack): recognize x86_64 when passing -arch to wix
Only msvc spells the architecture "x64"; under mingw it is "x86_64", so no
-arch reached wix and it built an x86 package out of x64 binaries. In an x86
package every program files property, ProgramFiles64Folder included, resolves
to Program Files (x86), and that is where the install lands.
