This board has not been converted to CONFIG_DM by the deadline.
Remove it. As this is the last mx35 platform, remove that support as
well.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

The Linux coding style guide (Documentation/process/coding-style.rst)
clearly says:
It's a **mistake** to use typedef for structures and pointers.
Besides, using typedef for structures is annoying when you try to make
headers self-contained.
Let's say you have the following function declaration in a header:
void foo(bd_t *bd);
This is not self-contained since bd_t is not defined.
To tell the compiler what 'bd_t' is, you need to include <asm/u-boot.h>
#include <asm/u-boot.h>
void foo(bd_t *bd);
Then, the include direcective pulls in more bloat needlessly.
If you use 'struct bd_info' instead, it is enough to put a forward
declaration as follows:
struct bd_info;
void foo(struct bd_info *bd);
Right, typedef'ing bd_t is a mistake.
I used coccinelle to generate this commit.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

Move this header out of the common header. Network support is used in
quite a few places but it still does not warrant blanket inclusion.
Note that this net.h header itself has quite a lot in it. It could be
split into the driver-mode support, functions, structures, checksumming,
etc.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

The goal of this patch is to clean up the code related to choosing SPL
MMC boot mode.
The spl_boot_mode() now is called only in spl_mmc_load_image() function,
which is only compiled in if CONFIG_SPL_MMC_SUPPORT is enabled.
To achieve the goal, all per mach/arch implementations eligible for
unification has been replaced with one __weak implementation.

Now, arch/${ARCH}/include/asm/errno.h and include/linux/errno.h have
the same content. (both just wrap <asm-generic/errno.h>)
Replace all include directives for <asm/errno.h> with <linux/errno.h>.

The SPL code already knows which boot device it calls the spl_boot_mode()
on, so pass that information into the function. This allows the code of
spl_boot_mode() avoid invoking spl_boot_device() again, but it also lets
board_boot_order() correctly alter the behavior of the boot process.
The later one is important, since in certain cases, it is desired that
spl_boot_device() return value be overriden using board_boot_order().

Some ONENAND related defines use the term ONE_NAND instead of
ONENAND, as the technology name is ONENAND this patch replaces
all these defines.

Each eSDHC instance has a dedicated clock.
gd->sdhc_clk must also be set accordingly. This is good for the case only a
single SDHC instance is used (initialization made with fsl_esdhc_mmc_init()). A
future patch will fix the multi-instance use case (initialization made directly
with fsl_esdhc_initialize()).

i2c didn't work on imx25 due to missing MXC_IPG_PERCLK. Now using
MXC_I2C_CLK on all imx systems using i2c.

The clock dividers that were used do not match at all the reference manual. They
were either completely broken, or came from an early silicon revision
incompatible with the current one.

Add multi-FEC support for imx_get_mac_from_fuse by passing dev_id as a parameter.

There was already a command to show the processor clocks
for PowerPC (clocks). For i.MX, the "clockinfo" command
was introduce. The patch sets the same command name used on
PowerPC.
A nasty and not needed newline is also dropped in the help for
the command.

The patch adds basic support for the Freescale's i.MX35
(arm1136 based) processor.
The patch adds also a prototype for the initialization
of the FEC(ethernet controller) to netdev.h to avoid
warnings.
