The STM32MP13xx has only 128 kiB of SYSRAM starting at address 0x2ffe0000 .
The STM32MP15xx has 256 kiB of SYSRAM starting at address 0x2ffc0000 . Make
sure both SoCs configure ARMV7_SECURE_BASE correctly . Define the SYSRAM
base in stm32.h to be consistent with the STM32MP15xx macro.

As the code to switch an ARM core from secure to the non-secure state
needs to know the base address of the Generic Interrupt Controller
(GIC), we read an Arm Cortex defined system register that is supposed to
hold that base address. However there are SoCs out there that get this
wrong, and this CBAR register either reads as 0 or points to the wrong
address. To accommodate those systems, so far we use a macro defined in
some platform specific header files, for affected boards.
To simplify future extensions, replace that macro with a Kconfig variable
that holds this override address, and define a default value for SoCs
that need it.

Commit 2564fce7eea3 ("sunxi: move Cortex SMPEN setting into start.S")
added SPL_ARMV7_SET_CORTEX_SMPEN to enable setting SMP bit. For
platforms not using SPL boot, add the corresponding non-SPL config,
so that CONFIG_IS_ENABLED(ARMV7_SET_CORTEX_SMPEN) works as expected.

According to their TRMs, Cortex ARMv7 CPUs with SMP support require the
ACTLR.SMPEN bit to be set as early as possible, before any cache or TLB
maintenance operations are done. As we do those things still in start.S,
we need to move the SMPEN bit setting there, too.
This introduces a new ARMv7 wide symbol and code to set bit 6 in ACTLR
very early in start.S, and moves sunxi boards over to use that instead
of the custom code we had in our board.c file (where it was called
technically too late).
In practice we got away with this so far, because at this point all the
other cores were still in reset, so any broadcasting would have been
ignored anyway. But it is architecturally cleaner to do it early, and
we move a core specific piece of code out of board.c.
This also gets rid of the ARM_CORTEX_CPU_IS_UP kludge I introduced a few
years back, and moves the respective logic into the new Kconfig entry.

We still have some platforms that only implements functionalities in
PSCI 0.1 (e.g. Allwinner ARMv7 SoCs).
Add a Kconfig option for exporting only PSCI 0.1. The code to export
PSCI 0.1 is still available and gets activated by this patch.
In addition, default ARCH_SUNXI U-Boot PSCI implementation to export
PSCI 0.1, to fix poweroff/reboot regression on Allwinner multi-core
ARMv7 SoCs.

ARMV7_LPAE is required in order to enable the MMU in HYP mode.
And we really want to enable the MMU in HYP mode such that we can
enable the the caches. Otherwise U-Boot code (such as the EFI
implementation) that runs in HYP mode will run at a snils pace.

Currently CPU_V7 kconfig symbol supports only ARMv7A architectures under
armv7 folder. This led to a misconception of creating separate folders
for armv7m and armv7r. There is no reason to create separate folder for
other armv7 based architectures when it can co-exist with few Kconfig
symbols.
As a first step towards a common folder, rename CPU_V7 as CPUV7A. Later
separate Kconfig symbols can be added for CPU_V7R and CPU_V7M and
can co exist in the same folder.

Move this option to Kconfig and set its default value to 4; this
increases the number of supported CPUs for some boards.
It consumes 1KB memory per CPU for PSCI stack, but it should not
be a big deal, given the amount of memory used for the modern OSes.

Add ARCH_SUPPORT_PSCI as a non-configurable option that platforms
can select. Then, move CONFIG_ARMV7_PSCI, which is automatically
enabled if both ARMV7_NONSEC and ARCH_SUPPORT_PSCI are enabled.

We currently always modify the SVC versions of registers and only support
the short descriptor PTE format.
Some boards however (like the RPi2) run in HYP mode. There, we need to modify
the HYP version of system registers and HYP mode only supports the long
descriptor PTE format.
So this patch introduces support for both long descriptor PTEs and HYP mode
registers.

Upstream Linux is broken with default configs when PSCI, thus non-secure
mode is enabled. So the user should explicitly enable this mode, e.g.
when she disabled CONFIG_CPU_IDLE in Linux (in which case it's safe to
use). We can revert this workaround once Linux got fixed.

Older Linux kernels will not properly boot in hyp mode, add support for a
bootm_boot_mode environment variable, which can be set to "sec" or "nonsec"
to force booting in secure or non-secure mode when build with non-sec support.
The default behavior can be selected through CONFIG_ARMV7_BOOT_SEC_DEFAULT,
when this is set booting in secure mode is the default. The default setting
for this Kconfig option is N, preserving the current behavior of booting in
non-secure mode by default when non-secure mode is supported.

Add arch/arm/cpu/armv7/Kconfig with non-secure and virt options, this is a
preparation patch for adding an env variable to choose between secure /
non-secure boot on non-secure boot capable systems, specifically this
prepares for adding CONFIG_ARMV7_BOOT_SEC_DEFAULT as a proper Kconfig option.
