Today we typically enable CMD_SATA in order to have the SATA
functionality itself enabled, despite there being a clean split between
the two symbols. This in turn leads to potential configuration problems.
Split things so that SATA continues to be separate and not CMD_SATA
instead depends, functionally, on AHCI being enabled.
To do all of this:
- Have X86 select AHCI directly rather than "default y" it later.
- Make CMD_SATA be a default y option, given the split of platforms that
enabled SATA and did, or did not, enable CMD_SATA.
- Change "imply CMD_SATA" to "imply SATA"
- Correct TARGET_VEXPRESS64_JUNO because you cannot select SATA_SIL
without PCI (and in turn, SATA is needed for SATA_SIL).
- Update a number of defconfigs to have no functional change.

This symbol is not something that the user should be enabling or
disabling but rather the developer for a particular board should select
it when required.
This is mostly size neutral, however a few places do have changes. In
the case of i.MX6ULL systems, it is always the case that
arch_misc_init() could call setup_serial_number() and do useful work,
but was not enabled widely, but now is. In the case of i.MX23/28
systems, we should be able to call mx28_fixup_vt() again here, so do so.
Finally, some platforms were calling arch_misc_init() and then not doing
anything and this results in removing the option.

At this point in time, DM is always enabled. So if MMC is enabled, it
should select DM_MMC. No drivers need to depend on DM_MMC being enabled
now, so remove that from dependency lists. This now means that a number
of platforms which select'd DM_MMC need to select MMC instead. This also
fixes a migration problem with espresso7420 in that MMC is built again
with the platform.

The decision on whether HAB is enabled is solely based on the SEC_CONFIG
fuse. The HAB FIELD_RETURN feature is able to permanently disable HAB on
a CPU, after which it is able to boot unsigned firmware. U-Boot however
does not take into account the FIELD_RETURN mode, and refuses to boot
unsigned software when the feature is enabled.
Also take the FIELD_RETURN fuse into account when deciding whether HAB
is enabled. When The FIELD_RETURN fuse is blown, HAB is not enabled.

The help for CONFIG_MTD explains that it needs to be enabled for various
things like NAND, etc to be available. It however then doesn't enforce
this dependency and so if you have none of these systems present you
still need to disable a number of options. Fix this by making places
that select/imply one type of flash, but did not do the same, also do
this for "MTD". Make boards which hadn't been enabling MTD already but
need it now, do so. In a few places, disable CONFIG_CMD_MTDPARTS as it
wasn't previously enabled but was now being implied.

The migration deadline for moving to DM_SCSI was v2023.04. A further
reminder was sent out in August 2023 to the remaining platforms that had
not migrated already, and that a few more over the line (or configs
deleted).
With this commit we:
- Rename CONFIG_DM_SCSI to CONFIG_SCSI.
- Remove all of the non-DM SCSI code. This includes removing other
legacy symbols and code and removes some legacy non-DM AHCI code.
- Some platforms that had previously been DM_SCSI=y && SCSI=n are now
fully migrated to DM_SCSI as a few corner cases in the code assumed
DM_SCSI=y meant SCSI=y.

Wait 1ms before issuing the first MRS command to write DDR3 Mode
registers.
There is a requirement to wait a minimum time before issuing command to
the DDR3 device, according to the JEDEC standard this time is 500us
(after RESET_n is de-asserted until CKE becomes active) + tXPR (Reset
CKE Exit time, maximum value 360ns).
It seems that for some reason this is not enforced by the MMDC
controller.
Without this change we experienced random memory initialization failures
with about 2% boot failure rate on specific problematic boards, after
this change we were able to do more than 10.000 power-cycle without a
single failure.

The current DDR write level calibration routine always overwrite
the ralat/walat fields to their maximum value, just save
the existing values at the beginning of the calibration routine
and restore it at the end.
In case the delay is estimated by the user to be more than one cycle the
walat should be configured according to that, this is not
automatically done. From the i.MX6 RM:
The user should read the results of the associated delay-line at
MPWLDECTRL#[WL_DL_ABS_OFFSET#] and in case the user estimates that the
reasonable delay may be above 1 cycle then the user should indicate it at
MPWLDECTRL#[WL_CYC_DEL#]. Moreover the user should indicate it in
MDMISC[WALAT] field. For example, if the result of the write leveling calibration
is 100/256 parts of a cycle, but the user estimates that the delay is above 2 cycles
then MPWLDECTRL#[WL_CYC_DEL#] should be configured to 2, so the total
delay will be 2 and 100/256 parts of a cycle
Probably it would just possible to not overwrite the mdmisc register in
the first place, since this is not present in the write_level_calib() example
in NXP AN4467 nor in the i.MX6 RM (44.11.6.1 Hardware Write Leveling
Calibration).

Similar to what has been done before with c5437e5b for u-boot proper, we
enable the SMP bit for SPL as well. This is necessary when SDP booting
straight into Linux, i.e. falcon boot. When SDP boot mode is active, the
ROM code does not set this bit which makes the caches not work once
activated in Linux.
On an i.MX6ULL (528MHz), this reduces a minimal kernel's boot time into
