Rename arch-rmobile to arch-renesas and mach-rmobile to mach-renesas
because all the chips are made by Renesas, while only a subset of
them is from the R-Mobile line.
Use the following command to perform the rename, with manual move of
the directories using git mv and manual fix up to arch/arm/Makefile:

superseded by drivers/mmc/sh_mmcif.c which includes all the
details of the hardware. Remove this file include from all
board files and remove the file itself. No functional change.

The ARM TrustedFirmware code for the Renesas RZ/G2L SoC family passes a
devicetree blob to the bootloader as an argument in the same was
previous R-Car Gen3/Gen4 SoCs. This blob contains a compatible string
which can be used to identify the particular SoC we are running on.
We do this as reading the DEVID & PRR registers from u-boot is not
sufficient to differentiate between the R9A07G044L (RZ/G2L) and
R9A07G044C (RZ/G2LC) SoCs. An additional read from offset 0x11861178 is
needed but this address is in the OTP region which can only be read from
the secure world (i.e. TrustedFirmware). So we have to rely on
TrustedFirmware to determine the SoC and pass this information to u-boot
via an fdt blob.

This adds R-Car Generation 4 (Gen4) support as Renesas ARM64 SoC.
In this version, reusing R-Car Gen3 lowlevel initialize routine [1]
and R-Car Gen3 memory map tables [2] .

At this point, the remaining places where we have a symbol that is
defined as CONFIG_... are in fairly odd locations. While as much dead
code has been removed as possible, some of these locations are simply
less obvious at first. In other cases, this code is used, but was
defined in such a way as to have been missed by earlier checks. Perform
a rename of all such remaining symbols to be CFG_... rather than
CONFIG_...

The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS namespace do
not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely should come
from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG namespace and in
to CFG namespace.

As part of the main conversion a few files were missed. These files had
additional whitespace after the '*' and before the SPDX tag and my
previous regex was too strict. This time I did a grep for all SPDX tags
and then filtered out anything that matched the correct styles.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Pull the symbol from the boards and zap struct rmobile_sysinfo as they
are rather useless. The entire purpose of that whole machinery was to
print board name in the CONFIG_ARCH_RMOBILE_BOARD_STRING. Do that in a
far simpler and more contained manner.

There is currently no use for building the SPL anymore, since the
SPI loader can easily be replaced by TPL and TPL does load U-Boot
directly. Upgrade TPL to SPL and replace what used to be SPL with
it. This way we build the U-Boot sources only twice, not thrice.

Add JTAG recovery support into the M2 Porter TPL. This allows the
TPL to be loaded over JTAG, initialize the system, wait for the
JTAG debugger to load U-Boot image into RAM and then resume and
start U-Boot from RAM.
The procedure is as follows:
1) Load u-boot-tpl.bin to 0xe6300000
2) Write magic number 0x1337c0de to 0xe6300020
TPL checks for this particular magic and starts JTAG recovery
if this number is present. This is not present by default.
3) Start U-Boot TPL from 0xe6300000
4) Wait for a message from TPL on UART indicating JTAG boot:
"JTAG boot detected!"
5) Halt the system in JTAG debugger
6) Load U-Boot image (u-boot.img) to 0x4fffffc0
7) Write magic number 0xb33fc0de to 0xe6300024
TPL checks for this particular magic to verify that the U-Boot
image was loaded into DRAM by the JTAG debugger.
8) Resume the system in JTAG debugger

Unify the R7A7795 and R8A7796 memory maps in memmap-gen3 and, for now,
select which one is used based on which SoC is selected. Since this is
done in C code instead of statically assigned now, the decision can be
taken by PRR SoC match as well, which will be done in a subsequent patch.

Replace the ad-hoc values in the PRR CPU ID table with macros,
so that users can use rmobile_get_cpu_type() can compare the
returned value with these macros to figure out on which CPU they
are running.

Since the RCar Gen3 no longer uses the SH SDHI driver, but rather
uses the Matsushita SD driver, which loads all the properties from
device tree, these macros are no longer used, remove them.

The command handling in this driver is awful, esp. because the driver
depends on command numbers to determine whether this is APPCMD or not.
Also, handling of command RSP response types is totally wrong.
This patch at least plucks out some of the custom command encoding and
fixes the APPCMD handling. The RSP handling still needs work, yet that
might not be needed as it turns out the uniphier-sd.c driver is in much
better shape and supports the same IP, so we might be able to just drop
this driver in favor of the uniphier one.
