Add U-Boot support for Milk-V Duo 256M.
This board has a different SoC compared to the Milk-V Duo 64M, it uses
the Sophgo SG2002 instead of the Sophgo CV1800B. Both SoCs share many
common IP blocks, so this board reuses the existing cv1800b CPU support.
The board shares the same 'board.c' with Milk-V Duo 64MB (CV1800B), so
use the same file for now.

Adopt the kernel device tree directly from
dts/upstream/src/riscv/spacemit/k1-bananapi-f3.dts instead of carrying
a forked copy under arch/riscv/dts/.
The U-Boot-only overlay k1-bananapi-f3-u-boot.dtsi carries the binman
description and a memory@0 node, since the upstream kernel DT has no
memory node (RAM is filled in by the bootloader).

The commit d92fdb60677b ("binman: Add option for pointing to separate
description") added support for separating binman description to own file
not the be the part of DT for OS.
The main reason is that binman is not passing dt schema validation that's
why want to keep it separated.

This will allow arch(s) that use device tree blobs to pad the end of the
device tree so they can be modified by board files at run time. This will
help prevent errors such as FDT_ERR_NOSPACE from occurring.

Add initial dts for K230-CanMV powered by Canaan Kendryte K230 SoC,
which has two RISC-V C908 cores, a big core with vector 1.0 extension
and a small core without vector extension.
This patch is basically comes from Linux Kernel [1] and it assumes
u-boot is running on the big core. Additionally, bootctl and reboot nodes
are added to support sysreset [2] and an clk_dummy node is added to
satisfy dependencies for usb [3].
Currently, u-boot is booted by the vendor's u-boot-spl. To meet the
requirements [4][5] of vendor's u-boot-spl for u-boot, a binman node with
mkimage child node is added here, which will compress u-boot.bin with
gzip and generate an image named "uboot" in the file u-boot-gz.img.

Enable OF_UPSTREAM to use upstream DT and add starfive/ prefix to
the DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE. Rename jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-u-boot.dtsi
to jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.3b-u-boot.dtsi and set the v1.3b
device tree as the default device tree.
Drop redundant DT files from arch/riscv/dts/ and redundant clock and
reset definitions from include/dt-bindings/.
Since the old clock definitions is a little different from those in
upstream Linux, update the clock definitions in clock drivers
accordingly.

The commit 7576ab2facae ("riscv: Add support for AMD/Xilinx MicroBlaze V")
added support for 32bit version. 64bit version is also available that's why
wire it up too.

The U-Boot copy of the mpfs devicetree has, in general, been neglected
somewhat in comparison to the one in Linux. Moving to OF_UPSTREAM to
keep both in sync should serve to eliminate that discrepancy.
Additionally, moving to OF_UPSTREAM will let U-Boot automatically pick
up the devicetree rework that is in progress at [1].

All architecture Makefiles include scripts/Makefile.dts . Deduplicate

AST2700 SoCs integrates a Ibex 32-bits RISC-V core as the boot MCU
for the first stage bootloader execution, namely SPL.
This patch implements the preliminary base to successfully run SPL
on this RV32-based MCU to the console banner message.

MicroBlaze V is new AMD/Xilinx soft-core 32bit RISC-V processor IP.
It is hardware compatible with classic MicroBlaze processor.
The patch contains initial wiring and configuration for initial HW design
with memory, cpu, interrupt controller, timers and uartlite console
(interrupt controller is listed but U-Boot is not using it).
Provided DT is just describing one configuration and should be taken only
as example.

The difference between 1.2A and 1.3B is dynamically configured according
to the PCB version, and there is no difference on the board device tree,
so the same DT file can be used.

The original names picked for the DT doesn't match Linux's naming scheme
and it was renamed there a while ago. Rename it in U-Boot to allow
easily syncing dts between the two projects.

The current ae350-related defconfigs could also
support newer Andes CPU IP, so modify the names of CPU
from ax25 to andesv5, and board name from ax25-ae350 to ae350.

When building for a custom board, it is quite common to maintain a
private branch which include some defconfig and .dts files. But to
hook up those .dts files requires modifying a file "belonging" to
upstream U-Boot, the arch/*/dts/Makefile. Forward-porting that branch
to a newer upstream then often results in a conflict which, while it
is trivial to resolve by hand, makes it harder to have a CI do "try to
build our board against latest upstream".
The .config usually includes information on precisely what .dtb(s) are
needed, so to avoid having to modify the Makefile, simply add the
files in (SPL_)OF_LIST to dtb-y.
A technicality is that (SPL_)OF_LIST is not always defined, so rework
the Kconfig symbols so that (SPL_)OF_LIST is always defined (when
(SPL_)OF_CONTROL), but only prompted for in the cases which used to be
their "depends on".
nios2 and microblaze already have something like this in their
dts/Makefile, and the rationale in commit 41f59f68539 is similar to
the above. So this simply generalizes existing practice. Followup
patches could remove the logic in those two makefiles, just as there's
potential for moving some common boilerplate from all the
arch/*/dts/Makefile files to the new scripts/Makefile.dts.

This uses QEMU virt which creates its own devicetree.
Copy the existing empty version of this file, so splitting the existing
qemu-virt into two, since anyone actually trying to use this will need a
different devicetree for 32- and 64-bit machines.

- ffe9a394df ("board: sifive: support spl multi-dtb on unmatched board")
We won't plan to support unmatched that the revision below 3 in u-boot,
so they can be dropped because they might be useless.

The difference between unmatched rev3 and rev1 is DDR timing, the rev3
uses 1866 MT/s for 16GiB, and rev1 uses 2133 MT/s for 8GiB.

This patch adds openpiton-riscv64 SOC support. In particular, this
board supports a standard bootflow through zsbl->u-boot SPL->
opensbi->u-boot proper->Linux. There are separate defconfigs for
building u-boot SPL and u-boot proper

Where possible, I have tried to find compatible drivers based on the layout
of registers. However, many devices remain untested. All untested devices
have been left disabled, but some tentative properties (such as compatible
strings, and clocks, interrupts, and resets properties) have been added.

Sync the hifive-unleashed-a00 dts from Linux with
below commit details:
commit <2993c9b04e616df0848b655d7202a707a70fc876> ("riscv: dts: HiFive
Unleashed: add default chosen/stdout-path")
Idea is to periodically sync the dts from Linux instead of
tweaking internal changes one after another, so better not
add any intermediate changes in between. This would help to
maintain the dts files easy and meaningful since we are
reusing device tree files from Linux.

Andes has rearranged the product combinations.
nx25 and ax25 both are RISC-V architecture cpu core.
But ax25 has MMU unit inside, and nx25 is not.
Cpu nx25 and platform ae250 are arranged in pairs.
Cpu ax25 and platform ae350 are arranged in pairs.
This patch will rename
nx25 as ax25
ae250 as ae350
nx25-ae250 as ax25-ae350
including filename, variable, string and definition.
Then u-boot can boot linux kernel in ae350
platform reasonably.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.
