Write the FADT in common code since it's used on all architectures.
Since the FADT is mandatory all SoCs or mainboards must implement the
introduced function acpi_fill_fadt() and properly update the FADT.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

Fields X_FIRMWAE_CTRL and X_DSDT must be 64bit wide. Convert pointers to
to uintptr_t to fill these.
If field X_FIRMWARE_CTRL is filled, field FIRMWARE must be ignored. If
field X_DSDT is filled, field DSDT must be ignored. We should not fill
unused fields.
See the field definitions in chapter "5.2.9 Fixed ACPI Description Table
(FADT)" of the ACPI Specification 6.5.

Each board has its own way of creating this table. Rather than calling the
acpi_create_fadt() function for each one from a common acpi_write_fadt()
function, just move the writer into the board-specific code.

Very few of the existing event-spy records use the arguments they are
passed. Update them to use a simple spy instead, to simplify the code.
Where an adaptor function is currently used, remove it where possible.

The original function was only called once, before relocation. The new
one is called again after relocation. This was not the intent of the
original call. Fix this by renaming and updating the calling logic.
With this, chromebook_link64 makes it through SPL.

The event framework is just that, a framework. Enabling it by itself
does nothing, so we shouldn't ask the user about it. Reword (and correct
typos) around this the option and help text. This also applies to
DM_EVENT and EVENT_DYNAMIC. Only EVENT_DEBUG and CMD_EVENT should be
visible to the user to select, when EVENT is selected.
With this, it's time to address the larger problems. When functionality
uses events, typically via EVENT_SPY, the appropriate framework then
must be select'd and NOT imply'd. As the functionality will cease to
work (and so, platforms will fail to boot) this is non-optional and
where select is appropriate. Audit the current users of EVENT_SPY to
have a more fine-grained approach to select'ing the framework where
used. Also ensure the current users of event_register and also select
EVENT_DYNAMIC.

Evolve dm_pci_map_bar() to include an offset and length parameter. These
allow a portion of the memory to be mapped and range checks to be
applied.
Passing both the offset and length as zero results in the previous
behaviour and this is used to migrate the previous callers.

Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed. In
a number of cases this requires adding "struct udevice;" to avoid adding
another large header or in other cases replacing / adding missing header
files that had been pulled in, very indirectly. Finally, we have a few
cases where we did not need to include <asm/global_data.h> at all, so
remove that include.

In some cases an internal error may prevent this from working. Update the
function return value and report the error. At present the API for writing
tables does not easily support reporting errors, but once it is fully
updated to use a context pointer, this will be easier.

At present this enables a few arch-specific members of the global_data
struct which are otherwise not part of the struct. As a result we have to
use #ifdef in various places.
The cost of always having these in the struct is small. Adjust things so
that we can use compile-time code instead of #ifdefs.

This header relates to ACPI and we are about to add some more ACPI
headers. Move this one into a new directory so they are together.
The header inclusion in pci_rom.c is not specific to x86 anymore, so drop
the #ifdef CONFIG_X86.

Since there is now a new version of the FSP and it is incompatible with
the existing version, move the code into an fsp1 directory. This will
allow us to put FSP v2 code into an fsp2 directory.
Add a Kconfig which defines which version is in use.
Some of the code in this new fsp1/ directory is generic across both FSPv1
and FSPv2. Future patches will address this.

It turns out commit c0434407b595 broke some boards which have DM CPU
driver with CONFIG_DISPLAY_CPUINFO option on. These boards just fail
to boot when print_cpuinfo() is called during boot.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Azalia configuration may be different across boards, hence it's not
appropriate to do that in the SoC level. Instead, let's make the
SoC update_fsp_azalia_configs() routine as a weak version, and do
the actual work in the board codes.
So far it seems only som-db5800-som-6867 board enables the Azalia.
Move the original codes into som-db5800-som-6867.c.

So far there are two copies of Azalia struct defines with one in
baytrail and the other one in braswell. This consolidates these
two into one, put it in the common place, and remove the prefix
pch_ to these structs to make their names more generic.
This also corrects reset_wait_timer from us to ms.

It was observed that when booting a Ubuntu 16.04 kernel, doing ACPI
S3 suspend/resume sometimes causes the Ubuntu kernel hang forever.
The issue is however not reproduced with a kernel built from i386/
x86_64 defconfig configuration.
The unstability is actually caused by unexpected interrupts being
generated during the S3 resume. For some unknown reason, FSP (gold4)
for BayTrail configures the GPIO DFX5 PAD to enable level interrupt
(bit 24 and 25). As this pin keeps generating interrupts during an
S3 resume, and there is no IRQ requester in the kernel to handle it,
the kernel seems to hang and does not continue resuming.
Clear the mysterious interrupt bits for this pin.

It was noticed a few times, that the reboot from Linux (reboot command)
is different from the reboot (reset command) under U-Boot. The U-Boot
version does seem to reset the board more deeply (PCI cards etc) than
the Linux reboot.
This is actually caused by missing full reset bit in the reset register
value in the ACPI FADT table.

At present we support multiple environment drivers but there is not way to
select between them at run time. Also settings related to the position and
size of the environment area are global (i.e. apply to all locations).
Until these limitations are removed we cannot really support more than one
environment location. Adjust the location to be a choice so that only one
can be selected. By default the environment is 'nowhere', meaning that the
environment exists only in memory and cannot be saved.
Also expand the help for the 'nowhere' option and move it to the top since
it is the default.
