First, the SATA_MV driver can only build on kirkwood or mvebu platforms
due to header requirements, so add that as a dependency here. Second,
SYS_SATA_MAX_DEVICE is also used by the API code so allow it to be
configured in that case.

The BLK symbol has a few meanings, one of which is that it controls the
driver model portion of a "block device". Rather than having this hidden
symbol be "default y if ..." it should be select'd by the various block
subsystems. Symbols such as PVBLOCK which already select'd BLK are
unchanged".

Rename 'ahci_mvebu' to 'ahci_generic' and select it by default.
The AHCI driver contains no SoC specific code and only expects the
base address to be passed, thus rename it to ahci_generic and add the
DT compatible string "generic-ahci".
Update existing defconfigs to use the new Kconfig name as well.
TEST: Booted on QEMU sbsa using the generic-ahci node.

At this point in the DM migration, all platforms enable DM. BLK requires
DM. Make BLK "def_bool y" in the cases it had been "default y" to make
this clearer. Now remove the symbol requirement from other places as it
is redundant here.

The migration deadline for moving to DM_SCSI was v2023.04. A further
reminder was sent out in August 2023 to the remaining platforms that had
not migrated already, and that a few more over the line (or configs
deleted).
With this commit we:
- Rename CONFIG_DM_SCSI to CONFIG_SCSI.
- Remove all of the non-DM SCSI code. This includes removing other
legacy symbols and code and removes some legacy non-DM AHCI code.
- Some platforms that had previously been DM_SCSI=y && SCSI=n are now
fully migrated to DM_SCSI as a few corner cases in the code assumed
DM_SCSI=y meant SCSI=y.

This option is fact really related to SPL. For U-Boot proper we always use
driver model for block devices, so CONFIG_BLK is enabled if block devices
are in use.
It is only for SPL that we have two cases:
- SPL_BLK is enabled, in which case we use driver model and blk-uclass.c
- SPL_BLK is not enabled, in which case (if we need block devices) we must
use blk_legacy.c
Rename the symbol to SPL_LEGACY_BLOCK to make this clear. This is
different enough from BLK and SPL_BLK that there should be no confusion.

The _SUPPORT suffix should be dropped. This happened because the rename
was applied around the same time as this new option, so did not include
renaming the new option.

Enable this option on all boards which support block devices. Drop the
related depencies on BLK since these are not needed anymore.
Disable BLOCK_CACHE on M5253DEMO as this causes a build error.

At present all ahci drivers depend on AHCI except for DWC_AHCI. But no
boards enable that without also enabling AHCI:
/tools/moveconfig.py -f ~AHCI DWC_AHCI

Group them together and sort them in order by Kconfig name (except for
AHCI_MVEBU which uses a different naming convention).

With legacy PCI code removed and thus DM_PCI also removed, a few places
did not get correctly updated with the merge to next and thus broke.
Remove now extraneous dependencies on DM_PCI.

This new option allows to disable ahci-pci driver in SPL. Disabling it is
needed when SPL_PCI is not enabled as ahci-pci depends on PCI.
This change fixes following compile error when CONFIG_SPL_SATA_SUPPORT is
enabled and SPL_PCI is disabled.

This patch enables the usage of the MVEBU AHCI/SATA driver. The only
changes necessary to support MIPS Octeon via DT based probing are, to
add the compatible DT property and the use of dev_remap_addr() so that
the correct mapped address is used in the Octeon case (phys != virt).
Please note that this driver supports the usage of the "scsi" command
and not the "sata" command, since it does not provide an own "scan"
function, which is needed for the "sata" cmd support.

The mvsata_ide driver was due for DM conversion by v2019.07. As that
has long passed, remove the driver and disable it in the boards which
had enabled it.

This reverts commit 1ee494291880fd51ef0c5f7342e072bdb069d7ff.
Commit 1ee494291880 ("ata: fsl_ahci: Add sata DM support for Freescale
powerpc socs") introduced SCSI layer to call AHCI private API in order
to support sata operations, In DM mode, This is not necessary for
non-AHCI sata. So revert it and have already updated the driver itself
to operate sata directly.

It seems like the Allwinner SATA driver is already quite capable of
using the driver model, so we can force this on all boards and can
remove support for a non-DM_SCSI build.
This removes the warning about boards with SATA ports not being
DM_SCSI compliant.
It also takes the opportunity to move the driver out of the board/sunxi
directory to join its siblings in drivers/ata, and to make it a proper
Kconfig citizen.
The board defconfigs stay untouched.

This patch adds DM support to the Armada XP SATA driver. This is needed
to enable CONFIG_BLK on this platform. It adds the SATA controller as
AHCI device, which is strictly speaking not correct, as the controller
is not AHCI compatible. But the U-Boot AHCI uclass interface enables
the usage of this DM driver and the creation of the corresponding BLK
devices.
This conversion is done to get rid of the compile warning:

Mvebu AHCI is AHCI driver which uses SCSI under the hood.
This patch adjusts AHCI setup to support SCSI by creating
a SCSI device as a child. Since the functions of creating
SCSI device need the kconfig option DM_SCSI, so let
AHCI_MVEBU select DM_SCSI.

Currently mvebu sata driver is in arch/arm/mach_mvebu directory, this
patch moves it to drivers/ata directory with renaming "sata.c" to
"ahci_mvebu.c" which is aligned to Linux.
New ahci driver's kconfig option is added as AHCI_MVEBU which selects
SCSI_AHCI and is based on AHCI.

config_fallbacks.h has some logic that sets HAVE_BLOCK_DEVICE
based on a list of enabled options. Moving HAVE_BLOCK_DEVICE to
Kconfig allows us to drastically shrink the logic in
config_fallbacks.h

When the SATA code was moved into drivers/ata these Kconfig options were
added to that directory. They already exist in drivers/scsi. Remove them
from drivers/ata to fix the duplication.

At present we have the SATA and PATA drivers mixed up in the drivers/block
directory. It is better to split them out into their own place. Use
drivers/ata which is what Linux does.
