The DFU_WRITE_ALT symbol is used both directly and indirectly (via
UPDATE_COMMON) for EFI capsule updates (FIT or raw), but does not depend
on DFU itself. Move this symbol outside of "if DFU" to remove a Kconfig
dependency problem.

We have a large number of library symbols that should not be prompted
for by the user really but rather selected by the platform (or SoC) as
needed. To start with however, make these depend on !COMPILE_TEST.

This is extremely similar to the MMC backend, but there are some notable
differences.
Works with a DFU string like
scsi 4=u-boot-bin part 11
Where "4" is the SCSI dev number (sequential LUN across all SCSI devices)
and "11" is the partition number.

Prepare the introduction of the lwIP (lightweight IP) TCP/IP stack by
adding a new net/lwip/ directory and the NET_LWIP symbol. Network
support is either NO_NET, NET (legacy stack) or NET_LWIP. Subsequent
commits will introduce the lwIP code, re-work the NETDEVICE integration
and port some of the NET commands and features to lwIP.
SPL_NET cannot be enabled when NET_LWIP=y. SPL_NET pulls some symbols
that are part of NET (such as arp_init(), arp_timeout_check(),
arp_receive(), net_arp_wait_packet_ip()). lwIP support in SPL may be
added later.
Similarly, DFU_TFTP and FASTBOOT are not compatible with NET_LWIP
because of dependencies on net_loop(), tftp_timeout_ms,
tftp_timeout_count_max and other NET things. Let's add a dependency on
!NET_LWIP for now.
SANDBOX can select NET_LWIP but doing so will currently disable the eth
dm tests as well as the wget tests which have strong dependencies on the
NET code.
Other adjustments to Kconfig files are made to fix "unmet direct
dependencies detected" for USB_FUNCTION_SDP and CMD_FASTBOOT when
the default networking stack is set to NET_LWIP ("default NET_LWIP"
instead of "default NET" in Kconfig).
The networking stack is now a choice between NO_NET,
NET and NET_LWIP. Therefore '# CONFIG_NET is not set' should be
'CONFIG_NO_NET=y'. Adjust the defconfigs accordingly.

Fix link errors caused by missing Kconfig dependencies:
1. DFU_OVER_USB compiles common/dfu.c which calls g_dnl_clear_detach()
which is implemented in drivers/usb/gadget/g_dnl.c which needs
USB_GADGET_DOWNLOAD. Test case:
$ printf "CONFIG_USB_GADGET_DOWNLOAD=n\nCONFIG_USB_FUNCTION_FASTBOOT=n" \
>>configs/am62px_evm_a53_defconfig
$ make am62px_evm_a53_defconfig
$ make CROSS_COMPILE=aarch64-linux-gnu-
[...]
common/dfu.c:34:(.text.run_usb_dnl_gadget+0x68): undefined reference to `g_dnl_clear_detach
[...]
2. With the above fixed, the same build causes:
common/spl/spl_dfu.c:29:(.text.spl_dfu_cmd+0xb0): undefined reference to `run_usb_dnl_gadget'
This is because SPL_DFU compiles common/spl/spl_dfu.c which calls
run_usb_dnl_gadget() which is implemented in common/dfu.c which needs
DFU_OVER_USB.
Therefore add these dependencies to Kconfig.

With MTD support in driver model, the direct call of mtdparts_init

With the modificaton when MTDIDS/MTDPARTS are empty the OF fallback

CONFIG_SYS_DFU_MAX_FILE_SIZE to Kconfig
Currently the config options CONFIG_SYS_DFU_DATA_BUF_SIZE and
CONFIG_SYS_DFU_MAX_FILE_SIZE are being set in include/configs/<board>.h
files and also in <board_name>_defconfig files without a Kconfig option. It
is easier for users to set these configs in defconfig files than in config
header files as they are a part of the source code.
Add Kconfig symbols, and update the defconfigs by using tools/moveconfig.py
script.

When the `dfu` command is called from the U-Boot environment,
it now accepts an optional parameter that specifies a timeout (in seconds).
If a DFU connection is not made within that time the `dfu` command exits
(as it would if Ctrl+C was pressed). If the timeout is left empty or being
zero the `dfu` command behaves as it does now.
This is useful for allowing U-Boot to check to see if anything wants to
upload new firmware before continuing to boot.
The patch is based on the commit
https://github.com/01org/edison-u-boot/commit/5e966ccc3c65c18c9783741fa04e0c45e021780c
by Sebastien Colleur, which has been heavily reworked due to U-Boot changes

Add DFU backend for MTD device: allow to read
and write on all MTD device (NAND, SPI-NOR,
SPI-NAND,...)
For example :
> set dfu_alt_info "nand_raw raw 0x0 0x100000"
> dfu 0 mtd nand0
This MTD backend provides the same level than dfu nand
backend for NAND and dfu sf backend for SPI-NOR;
So it can replace booth of them but it also
add support of spi-nand.
> set dfu_alt_info "nand_raw raw 0x0 0x100000"
> dfu 0 mtd spi-nand0
