2022-04-08net: Remove ax88180 driverTom Rini
This driver is not enabled by any board and not converted to DM_ETH. Remove. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <[email protected]>
2020-07-17treewide: convert bd_t to struct bd_info by coccinelleMasahiro Yamada
The Linux coding style guide (Documentation/process/coding-style.rst) clearly says: It's a **mistake** to use typedef for structures and pointers. Besides, using typedef for structures is annoying when you try to make headers self-contained. Let's say you have the following function declaration in a header: void foo(bd_t *bd); This is not self-contained since bd_t is not defined. To tell the compiler what 'bd_t' is, you need to include <asm/u-boot.h> #include <asm/u-boot.h> void foo(bd_t *bd); Then, the include direcective pulls in more bloat needlessly. If you use 'struct bd_info' instead, it is enough to put a forward declaration as follows: struct bd_info; void foo(struct bd_info *bd); Right, typedef'ing bd_t is a mistake. I used coccinelle to generate this commit. The semantic patch that makes this change is as follows: <smpl> @@ typedef bd_t; @@ -bd_t +struct bd_info </smpl> Signed-off-by: Masahiro Yamada <[email protected]>

Fix up some incorrect code style in calls to functions in the linux/time.h header, mostly udelay(). Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <[email protected]>

2016-10-23Remove some merge markersSimon Glass
These two files have patch merge markers in them, within comments or strings. Remove then, so that a search for merge markers does not show up matches in these files. Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <[email protected]> Reviewed-by: Tom Rini <[email protected]> Reviewed-by: Jagan Teki <[email protected]>
2016-01-14Fix GCC format-security errors and convert sprintfs.Ben Whitten
With format-security errors turned on, GCC picks up the use of sprintf with a format parameter not being a string literal. Simple uses of sprintf are also converted to use strcpy. 2015-04-18net: cosmetic: Fix var naming net <-> eth driversJoe Hershberger
Update the naming convention used in the network stack functions and variables that Ethernet drivers use to interact with it. This cleans up the temporary hacks that were added to this interface along with the DM support. This patch has a few remaining checkpatch.pl failures that would be out of the scope of this patch to fix (drivers that are in gross violation of checkpatch.pl). 2013-08-19net: Use ARRAY_SIZE at appropriate placesAxel Lin
Use ARRAY_SIZE instead of having similar implementation in each drivers. The NUMELEMS defined in drivers/net/npe/include/IxOsalTypes.h is not used at all, so this patch removes it instead of converting it to use ARRAY_SIZE. 2012-05-23net: Fix remaining API interface breakageJoe Hershberger
These are all the files which use the API incorrectly but did not get built using MAKEALL -a powerpc|arm. I have no compiler for them, but the remaining issues should be far less than without this patch. Any outstanding issues are left to the maintainers of boards that use these drivers. 2010-07-12AX88180: add support for the Marvell 88E1118 phyHoan Hoang
Some places in the current code equate the Marvell 88E1111 PHY as the family when in reality it's a subpart of the Alaska family. So once we generalize that, add support for the 88E1118 PHY.
