Update the naming convention used in the network stack functions and
variables that Ethernet drivers use to interact with it.
This cleans up the temporary hacks that were added to this interface
along with the DM support.
This patch has a few remaining checkpatch.pl failures that would be out
of the scope of this patch to fix (drivers that are in gross violation
of checkpatch.pl).

With d6a320d we moved some clock externs out of blackfin_local.h and
into clock.h but now need to include <asm/clock.h> in more drivers to
avoid warnings.

EMAC_VLANx regs is not properly initiallized in u-boot, once it's overwrite in the
kernel when DSA enabled, hot reset will lead to bringing up EMAC fail in u-boot.

These are all the files which use the API incorrectly but did not get
built using MAKEALL -a powerpc|arm. I have no compiler for them, but
the remaining issues should be far less than without this patch.
Any outstanding issues are left to the maintainers of boards that use
these drivers.

Some commands (like 'mii') use this name to select devices, but they break
when those names contain spaces. So drop the space from the Blackfin EMAC
driver.

Rather than bang MMRs directly, use the new portmux framework to handle
the details. While we're doing this, let boards declare the exact list
of pins they need in case there is one or two they don't actually have
hooked up.

Since the on-chip MAC does not have an eeprom or similar interface, force
all Blackfin boards that use this driver to setup the board data with a
proper MAC.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.

The Blackfin on-chip MAC driver was being managed in the BF537-STAMP board
directory, but it is not board specific, so relocate it to the drivers dir
so that other Blackfin ports can utilize it.
