When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

At this point, the remaining places where we have a symbol that is
defined as CONFIG_... are in fairly odd locations. While as much dead
code has been removed as possible, some of these locations are simply
less obvious at first. In other cases, this code is used, but was
defined in such a way as to have been missed by earlier checks. Perform
a rename of all such remaining symbols to be CFG_... rather than
CONFIG_...

This define is not enabled by the only platform which currently enables
the legacy option of CONFIG_USB_DEVICE. We can drop this code.

Function next_urb() selects the last urb data buffer from linked list to
which next data from usbtty's puts function should be appended.
But to check if TX data still exists it is needed to look at the first urb
data buffer from linked list. So check for endpoint->tx_urb (first from the
linked list) instead of current_urb (the last from the linked list).
Successful call to udc_endpoint_write() may invalidate active urb and
allocate new urb in queue which invalidates pointer returned by next_urb()
function.
So call next_urb() prior putting data into urb buffer and call it every
time after using udc_endpoint_write() function to prevent sending data from
usbtty's puts function in incorrect order.
This patch fixes issue that usbtty code does not transmit data when they
are waiting in the tx queue.

This function has incorrect implementation of prepending CR prior LF.
Without this patch it prepended CR prior whole string which is going to be
written and let LF without leading CR. Fix this issue by inserting CR at
correct place to make output on usbtty serial console more readable.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

We are now using an env_ prefix for environment functions. Rename these
two functions for consistency. Also add function comments in common.h.
Quite a few places use getenv() in a condition context, provoking a
warning from checkpatch. These are fixed up in this patch also.

In general, a carriage return needs to execute before a line feed.
The patch is to change some serial drivers based on this rule, such
as serial_mxc.c, serial_pxa.c, serial_s3c24x0.c and usbtty.c.

U-Boot has never cared about the type when we get max/min of two
values, but Linux Kernel does. This commit gets min, max, min3, max3
macros synced with the kernel introducing type checks.
Many of references of those macros must be fixed to suppress warnings.
We have two options:
- Use min, max, min3, max3 only when the arguments have the same type
(or add casts to the arguments)
- Use min_t/max_t instead with the appropriate type for the first
argument

At present stdio device functions do not get any clue as to which stdio
device is being acted on. Some implementations go to great lengths to work
around this, such as defining a whole separate set of functions for each
possible device.
For driver model we need to associate a stdio_dev with a device. It doesn't
seem possible to continue with this work-around approach.
Instead, add a stdio_dev pointer to each of the stdio member functions.
Note: The serial drivers have the same problem, but it is not strictly
necessary to fix that to get driver model running. Also, if we convert
serial over to driver model the problem will go away.
Code size increases by 244 bytes for Thumb2 and 428 for PowerPC.

'bool' is defined in random places. This patch consolidates them into a
single header file include/linux/types.h, using stdbool.h introduced in C99.
All other #define, typedef and enum are removed. They are all consistent with
true = 1, false = 0.
Replace FALSE, False with false. Replace TRUE, True with true.
Skip *.py, *.php, lib/* files.

This patch adds the support for high speed in usb device framework and usbtty
driver. This feature has been kept within a macro CONFIG_USBD_HS, so the board
configuration files have to define this macro to enable high speed support.
Along with that specific peripheral drivers also need to define a function to
let the framework know that the enumeration has happened at high speed.
This function prototype is "int is_usbd_high_speed(void)"

In 9792987721c7980453fe6447c3fa6593b44f8458 Stefan describes a usecase
where the previous behavior of leaving wMaxPacketSize be unaligned
caused fatal problems. The initial fix for this problem was incomplete
however as it showed another cases of non-aligned access that previously
worked implicitly. This switches to making sure that all access of
wMaxPacketSize are done via (get|put)_unaligned.
In order to maintain a level of readability to the code in some cases
we now use a variable for the value of wMaxPacketSize and in others, a
macro.

So far the console API uses the following naming convention:

V3: Fixed line-wrap problem due to user error in mail!
Added usb_configured() checks in usbtty_puts() and usbtty_putc() to get around a hang
when usb is not connected and the user has set up multi-io (setenv stdout serial,usbtty etc).
Got rid of redundant __attribute__((packed)) directives that were causing warnings from gcc.

This commit gets rid of a huge amount of silly white-space issues.
Especially, all sequences of SPACEs followed by TAB characters get
removed (unless they appear in print statements).
Also remove all embedded "vim:" and "vi:" statements which hide
indentation problems.
