This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN
To do this, we set a default of 0 for everyone because there are a
number of cases where we define CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN but the only
impact is that we set TOTAL_MALLOC_LEN to be CONFIG_SYS_MALLOC_LEN +
CONFIG_ENV_SIZE, so we must continue to allow all boards to set this
value. Update the SPL code to use 200 KB as the default raw U-Boot size
directly, if we don't have a real CONFIG_SYS_MONITOR_LEN value.

Previously the SPL size on all iMX6 platforms was restricted to 68KB
because the OCRAM size on iMX6SL/DL parts is only 128KB. However, the
other iMX6 variants have 256KB of OCRAM. Add an option
CONFIG_MX6_OCRAM_256KB which allows using the full size on boards which
don't need to support the SL/DL variants. This allows for an SPL size of
196KB, which makes it much easier to use configurations such as SPL with
driver model and FDT control.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

Migrate the option CONFIG_SPL_FRAMEWORK and make this gate most of the
current set of options we have in Kconfig. We will need to have some
options available for SPL and !SPL_FRAMEWORK so this is important. In a
few cases we re-order existing options so that we have less escapes from
the SPL_FRAMEWORK guard.

On the NIOS2 and Xtensa architectures, we do not have
CONFIG_SYS_TEXT_BASE set. This is a strict migration of the current
values into the defconfig and removing them from the headers.
I did not attempt to add more default values in and for now will leave
that to maintainers.

Since commit 051ba9e082f7 ("Kconfig: mx6ull: Deselect MX6UL from
CONFIG_MX6ULL") CONFIG_MX6ULL does not select CONFIG_MX6UL anymore, so
take this into consideration in all the checks for CONFIG_MX6UL.
This fixes a boot regression.

Today, we have cases where we wish to build all of U-Boot in Thumb2 mode for
various reasons. We also have cases where we only build SPL in Thumb2 mode due
to size constraints and wish to build the rest of the system in ARM mode. So
in this migration we introduce a new symbol as well, SPL_SYS_THUMB_BUILD to
control if we build everything or just SPL (or in theory, just U-Boot) in
Thumb2 mode.

CONFIG_SPL_ABORT_ON_RAW_IMAGE causes SPL to abort and move on when it
encounters RAW images, express this same functionality as a positive
option enabling support for RAW images: CONFIG_SPL_RAW_IMAGE_SUPPORT
Also move uses of this to defconfigs.

Specify standard padding for payload to 68KB. This is derived from
the maximum header size plus maximum SPL size. It matches the
already defined offset for SD/eMMC devices (69KB) too. This allows
to use the u-boot-with-spl.imx build target to generate a directly
flashable image which can be flashed using:
dd if=u-boot-with-spl.imx of=/dev/mmcblk0 bs=512 skip=2
While the patch has been created with SD/eMMC in mind, this also
works with other boot media. The board file needs to configure the
media specific (absolute) payload offset accordingly. Especially
the IVT offset is boot media specific and can be retrieved from the
reference manual (Table 8-25. Image Vector Table Offset and Initial
Load Region Size). For NAND boot a define like this should do the
job:

This moves what was in arch/arm/cpu/armv7/omap-common in to
arch/arm/mach-omap2 and moves
arch/arm/cpu/armv7/{am33xx,omap3,omap4,omap5} in to arch/arm/mach-omap2
as subdirectories. All refernces to the former locations are updated to
the current locations. For the logic to decide what our outputs are,
consolidate the tests into a single config.mk rather than including 4.

Enable support for booting U-Boot image from ext filesystem when either
SD/MMC or SATA support is compiled into the SPL. This will allow easy
transition from loading U-Boot image from ad-hoc offset on the card to
loading U-Boot image from the filesystem. VFAT support is intently not
enabled. The boot order is tweaked so that raw is tested first and if
the raw has no signature, FS boot is attempted.
To install just the SPL on i.MX6 board, perform the following operation
$ dd if=SPL of=/dev/sdX seek=2 bs=512
To install the U-Boot image, copy u-boot.img to the first partition of
the SD/MMC/SATA drive. The partition must be formated to extfs.

Using 50 MiB malloc pool in SPL is nonsense. Since the caches are not
enabled in SPL, it takes 2 seconds to init the pool and has no obvious
benefit. Reduce the size to 1 MiB.

Add SPL boot support for mx6slevk board.
1. Introduce a configuration file mx6slevk_spl_defconfig.
2. i.MX6SL has same DRAM space with i.MX6SX, need to change SPL DRAM SPACE.
3. Include imx6_spl.h and related SPL macro in mx6slevk.h.
4. select SUPPORT_SPL for TARGET_MX6SLEVK.
5. Add SPL board code to do related initialization.

CONFIG_SYS_MMC_SD_FS_BOOT_PARTITION ought to be called
CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_FS_BOOT_PARTITION to keep it consistent with other config
options such as: CONFIG_SYS_MMCSD_RAW_MODE_U_BOOT_SECTOR.
In addition, it is not related to raw mode booting but to fs mode instead.
