There was for long time no activity in the mpx5xxx area.
We need to go further and convert to Kconfig, but it
turned out, nobody is interested anymore in mpc5xxx,
so remove it.

This sets the default commands Kconfig to match
include/config_cmd_default.h commands in the common/Kconfig and removes
them from include/configs.

Some boards still use xstr(). Replace remaining occurrences
of xstr() by commonly used __stringify().

Add common code for o2dnt and o2dnt2 based boards and add different
board configuration files for O2D, O2I, O2DNT2, O2D300, O2MNT and
O3DNT boards.
