Loading a FIT image for kernel, initrd and rootfs on px30 can result in an
memory overlap, resulting in the not 100% helpful message of
"This will not be a case any time" from lmb_fix_over_lap_regions().
Adding a bit of debug info to lmb_fix_over_lap_regions() brings:
lmb_fix_over_lap_regions: base1 0x280000-0x6005ac > base2 0x600000-0x6000d1
So this is because the FIT image gets loaded to the kernel_addr_r at
0x280000 while the pxe-file is already living at 0x600000, only 3.5MB
behind.
In commit 4acc8bb044a4 ("configs: rockchip: sync ENV_MEM_LAYOUT_SETTINGS
for rk3308, rk3328, and rk3399") FUKAUMI Naoki already brought the memory
layouts for the mentioned socs in sync.
Adjusting the env-layout on px30 to this scheme, magically solves the
overlap issue and also brings px30 more in line with the other mentioned
SoCs.

In order to be able to use Device Tree Overlays, the fdtoverlay_addr_r
needs to be specified.
Follow what's been done for other Rockchip SoCs and leave 1MiB for the
base DTB before the address for the overlay.

The standard boot path expects the kernel_comp_addr_r and kernel_comp_size
variables for booting compressed kernel images. Define them using the previous
kernel_addr_c value (likely initially meant for this purpose) and usual size.
This was tested on the PX30 EVB to successfully boot compressed Linux kernel
images.

The IRAM on PX30 (or Int_MEM in datasheet) starts at 0xff0e0000 and not
0xff020000 as rightfully stated in the FIXME comment.
Let's fix it so that BROM_BOOTSOURCE_ID_ADDR points to the correct
address for PX30.

The rest of the unmigrated CONFIG symbols in the CONFIG_SYS_SDRAM
namespace do not easily transition to Kconfig. In many cases they likely
should come from the device tree instead. Move these out of CONFIG
namespace and in to CFG namespace.

CONFIG_SYS_NS16550_SERIAL
To do this we also introduce CONFIG_SPL_SYS_NS16550_SERIAL so that
platforms can enable the legacy driver here for SPL.

This converts the following to Kconfig:
CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN
As part of this, rework error handling in boot/bootm.c so that we pass
the buffer size to handle_decomp_error as CONFIG_SYS_BOOTM_LEN will not
be available to host tools but we do know the size that we passed to
malloc().

- Make all users of CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR reference SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR
- Introduce HAS_CUSTOM_SYS_INIT_SP_ADDR to allow for setting the stack
pointer directly, otherwise we use the common calculation.
- On some platforms that were using the standard calculation but did not
set CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_SIZE / CONFIG_SYS_INIT_RAM_ADDR, set them.
- On a small number of platforms that were not subtracting
GENERATED_GBL_DATA_SIZE do so now via the standard calculation.
- CONFIG_SYS_INIT_SP_OFFSET is now widely unused, so remove it from most
board config header files.
