Change mt8365_evk_defconfig to use CONFIG_OF_UPSTREAM=y and delete the
U-Boot copy of the devicetree source files for mt8365.
The upstream devicetree is identical to the U-Boot one being removed
(other than having more nodes for devices not used by U-Boot and
upstream fixed a compatible string in &scpsys, also not affecting
U-Boot).
There was one minor glitch with upstream missing a few topckgen macro
definitions, so those are added to the clock driver directly as a
workaround.

Add initial device trees for Renesas R-Car X5H R8A78000 SoC.
Include very basic clock, reset, power domain headers which
are used to control supported peripherals via SCMI / SCP. The
headers are currently kept limited to avoid possible ABI break.
A lot of clock are still stubbed via fixed-clock, this is going
to be gradually removed over time, as more of the platform is
upstreamed.

As part of the recent cleanup of dt-bindigns header files we did not
remove our copy of dt-bindings/clock/xlnx-zynqmp-clk.h at the time. This
is because the difference between ours and current upstream is that
current upstream has a #warning to not use it and to instead use
xlnx-zynqmp-clk.h. So we change zynqmp-clk-ccf.dtsi to use the other
and upstream-only file and then delete our dt-bindings file.

Add SPL support and clock tree init to STM32MP13 RCC driver. This
consists of two parts, make SCMI into an optional dependency and
add clock tree initialization. The SCMI dependency is made optional
first by registering the few core clock provided by SCMI clock as
fixed clock, and second by letting the clock core parse out the
clock configuration from SoC registers. The clock initialization
code is derived from STM32MP15xx clock tree initialization code,
which is almost identical, except for the use of new PLL2000 for
PLL1 on STM32MP13xx .

As part of moving to using OF_UPSTREAM and so the upstream dt-bindings
headers we have a number of these headers that are in our include
directory and while they are not a strict subset of the upstream version
of the headers, all platforms build with the new headers as well. We can
remove the copies under include/dt-bindings now to prevent future
conflicts.

headers we have a number of these headers that are in our include
directory and differ in being a strict subset of what is found upstream.
We can safely remove the copies under include/dt-bindings now to prevent
future conflicts.

headers we have a number of these headers that are in our include
directory and differ only in combinations of spacing changes and/or
switching to SPDX license tags. We can safely remove the copies under
include/dt-bindings now to prevent future conflicts.

clock/rk3288-cru.h in include/dt-bindings is almost identical to the
version in dts/upstream, remove the copy from include/dt-bindings to
only use the version from dts/upstream.
One clk, SCLK_MAC_PLL, is not part of the upstream bindings, this clk is
not used by upstream, in-tree or vendor DTs and can safely be dropped.
No functional change to board DTs is intended with this removal.

failures, or worse: super weird bugs, if they get out of sync.
Remove these headers so our devicetree and binding headers will both be
in sync with upstream.

Move differences in DT files between upstream Linux DT and U-Boot DT to
mt7629-rfb-u-boot.dtsi.
Remove old copies of mt7629-related clock bindings, .dts, and .dtsi files.
Update defconfig to switch the whole mt7629 SoC to use OF_UPSTREAM.

Enable OF_UPSTREAM to use upstream DT and add starfive/ prefix to
the DEFAULT_DEVICE_TREE. Rename jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-u-boot.dtsi
to jh7110-starfive-visionfive-2-v1.3b-u-boot.dtsi and set the v1.3b
device tree as the default device tree.
Drop redundant DT files from arch/riscv/dts/ and redundant clock and
reset definitions from include/dt-bindings/.
Since the old clock definitions is a little different from those in
upstream Linux, update the clock definitions in clock drivers
accordingly.

Renesas R-Car systems use mainline Linux DTs for U-Boot via OF_UPSTREAM,
which also includes headers from dts/upstream/include/dt-bindings/clock .

With the recent "old-style sunxi" sync and the penultimate OF_UPSTREAM DT
update, both directories were based on the same v6.10 kernel tree.
And while there is one subtle difference in many Allwinner SoC's DT
files, the H616 ones turn out to be identical.
Remove the old copies of the H616 related .dts and .dtsi files, and
switch the whole H616 SoC over to use OF_UPSTREAM. This immediately
benefits from the recent upstream DT update, to kernel v6.11.

Replace infracfg clk ID with upstream linux version.
The same format is used here with the factor first, then mux and then
gates.
To correctly reference the gates in clk_gate function, define the
gates_offs value in clk_tree now that they are at an offset from mux and
factor.

Now that we can have advanced parent handling for mux, we can drop
spurious topckgen 1/1 factor. This is in preparation to make the clk
ID match the ID in upstream include for mt7986.
Drop the factor entry from mt7986-clk.h and reference to them in
mt7981.dtsi. Muxes and gates are updated to reference the apmixed clk
following how it's done in upstream kernel linux. Add relevant clk type
flag in clk_tree for apmixed.

Rename TOPCKGEN factor clock to upstream neaming.
Upstream kernel linux reference the factor clock for apmixedpll with the
"pll" suffix. Align the naming to the upstream naming format in
preparation for OF_UPSTREAM support.
Also rename rtc clock to drop the CB_ as upstream doesn't have that.
